"Since we started using ImproveBuild RBS, we have found that this software package has helped us sell more business and manage our projects better.   Before we started using ImproveBuild, we weren’t estimating as accurately as we should have been when we used Excel.  We had a lot of slippage because of missed items or formulas that weren’t correct.  Now there is no chance for incorrect formulas since the program handles all the calculations.  Even selecting tasks from the prebuilt database makes it easier to build your estimates.  The proposal process is much faster because you can select your estimate details and merge it into your existing contract and print it out without much work. 

Recently, I had a customer come to me and question how much was left to pay on his project.  I was able to look at the main job screen and see the original project cost, change orders, his total payments and what the balance was left on the project.  From here, I could see that he wasn’t including a change order we had done for him.  Had I had to research this my old way, it would have taken a ½ hour or so to figure out where the difference was; when in fact, it took less than 5 minutes.  I couldn't imagine not using this software, I would be going back to being less efficient in my daily tasks."
