To prevent a software upgrade from not populating the server with the new files, I think it would be helpful if the software upgrade program would check to see if any licenses are in use before initiating the upgrade. If they are, then the user initiating the upgrade would be told that who is logged in and tht they must log out before the upgrade proceeds.
