ACTIVITY LOGGING is built into RBS and can log most of the user activities (Add, Update or Delete) of the major TRANSACTIONS
(DELETES ONLY for invoices, payments, etc) and ENTITITES (person, company, etc).
To enable logging, the autorized user must enable the 'Log System Activity' on the SYSTEM tab of the Company Configuration screen.

Once this is enabled, all user activities will be be logged (including a before image of the record before the EDIT or DELETE - depending on whether the record is an ENTITY or TRANSACTION).
WARNING: Enabling this feature will substantially increase the size of the database (every change or delete will be recorded).
