Fixed the  the default Markup for Equipment component when adding a new Free-Text Estimate item.  RBS will now correctly use the default markup for equipment as set in the Company COnfig (or the override markup specified at the estimate level).

Even though I set this forum to "follow" when there are new threads added, it hasn't done that this month.  

Also, I need to enter my login and password every time I come back to this website even though I select the "remember me" check mark.
